WHAT TO BRING
WHAT TO BRING
and what not to bring!

YOUR BLUESFEST E-TICKET
Your tickets should have been emailed earlier this week. If you haven't received them, check in your junk mail. It might be there! If you still can’t find them, log in to your Moshtix account and download them from there.

YOUR PHOTO ID
You will need it – no excuses! Photo ID is required for age and name verification for all ticket holders! Alcohol will be permitted to be purchased by those 18+ with a valid photo ID and an adult ticket ONLY. Alcohol is not permitted in the campgrounds.

REUSABLE WATER BOTTLES
Make sure you bring your empty reusable water bottles. Free water stations are across the festival. You can purchase $1 filtered refills from all coffee stalls. Bottled water is also available for purchase. No glass!

CAMPING NEEDS
Tents, sleeping mats, camping pillows—and whatever else you need for the perfect night’s sleep. Bring appropriate camping gear for all weather conditions! With possible downfalls, it’s handy to have extra tarps to keep you raised off the wet ground.

ACCESSIBILITY
Disability parking and fenced off viewing platforms will be available at each stage. Follow the signs for exact location. Viewing platforms are for pre-registered patrons. On the day registrations are available at the Info Hub. During busy periods priority is given to patrons in wheelchairs. Accessible toilets are located throughout the festival. For location, see map.
PLEASE LEAVE AT HOME!
Alcohol and Illicit Substances – drug detection dogs will be present during the festival. Unsealed bottles. Glass.
iPads, video or audio recorders and any other large unnecessary electronic devices. Umbrellas. Animals. For a full list of what NOT to bring, READ HERE

FESTIVAL OUTFITS
When we say festival outfit, we're talking more than your spectacular festival get-ups; we're talking sunscreen and hats for the sunshine, something warm for the evenings, and ponchos and gumboots for the occasional shower!
DRIVING TO BLUESFEST
However you are travelling, ensure you have your travel tickets ready! If you are driving, pre-purchase your parking pass and display the printout on your dashboard to gain entry to the car park. We do recommend taking the bus (or carpooling) wherever possible to help minimise traffic!

PRAMS & WAGONS
Prams and kid’s wagons are permitted but please be mindful of their size and shape of them. Please be advised that they will be searched upon entry. It’s a great idea to decorate the wagons and prams with solar fairy lights so they can be spotted when the sun goes down.

B-SAFE MOBILE LOCKERS
B-Safe Mobile Lockers will be available at the South gate. You can book the lockers here
FOLDABLE CHAIRS
While we provide some seating in our performance tents, we encourage festivalgoers to bring foldable chairs to use in the designated zones outside of each stage's tented areas.

CASHLESS PAYMENT METHOD
There will be some ATMs on site to use at various stalls, but ALL Bluesfest outlets will be cashless – so make sure you have a card locked and loaded.
DOWNLOAD THE BLUESFEST APP & PLAYING SCHEDULE
You can plan out your entire festival weekend now! Be sure to activate notifications as we’ll be pushing out important messaging during the weekend.

WEATHER PROTECTION
Bring protection for all the elements: sunscreen and hats for the sunshine, something warm for the evenings, and ponchos for the possible rain!  We highly recommend wearing closed-in shoes, especially high boots and gumboots as there has been rain. We have lockers available for rent to store your extra clothes if you don’t need them.

LARGE CAMPING VEHICLES
Caravans, motor home, camper trailers, anything towed or vehicles that exceed 5.5 metres are only allowed with a special add-on pass. Large vehicle camping is sold out.
All pre-purchased large vehicle camping ticket holders, please follow the Big Rig signage onsite.
