Can I Resell My Tickets?

How do I order onsite accommodation like Tent Motels and Glamping
To order onsite accommodation please fill out the following form and you will be sent instructions on how to order Glamping, Tent Motel or Rainbow Tipis, click here: Order Form
When will I receive my E-ticket from moshtix?
Tickets are emailed via Moshtix approximately two weeks before the festival dates. If you have not received your ticket, be sure to check your junk folder! You can also log in to your Moshtix account and download from there.
What comes with the VIP ticket?
Our VIP Lounge experience is all about comfort and exclusivity. We’ve got extra seating for our VIP guests so you can kick back, enjoy the blues, and soak in the vibes.
Loving the VIP but want to catch a show at Crossroads or Mojo? We’ve got you. The VIP offers a specially designed viewing platform, which allows you to see the performances in the Crossroads or Mojo tent.
We’ve got your taste buds covered, too, with a food stall stationed within the VIP, so purchasing food is easy. We will also have cheese plates for those times when you feel more like grazing than eating a big meal.
The VIP Lounge serves top-notch beverages, including margaritas, cocktails, and other amazing concoctions.
Our VIP Lounge is loaded with premium amenities to make your experience even better. We’ve got local products to pamper you and charging stations, so your devices stay powered up, so you never miss a beat.
I'm planning to drive to Bluesfest. Is there parking?
Yes, there is paid parking! You must pre-purchase your parking tickets prior to arriving at Bluesfest, and display your printed ticket on the dashboard.
Parking tickets are available via our ticketing page now! We suggest arriving early, or carpooling to help reduce congestion on the roads, and getting into the festival!

Why can't I purchase camping in a different transaction to my festival ticket?
To purchase your Camping tickets and other add-ons you must either purchase in the same transaction or be logged in to your Moshtix account that you purchased your Festival Entry ticket to unlock these items.
If you want to purchase Camping, VIP, or any other add-ons, head to Moshtix, log in with the email address you used to purchase your Bluesfest tickets and your password, then go to the event page from your account to buy.
When can I set up camp?
4-day Season Camping & Festival ticket holders can arrive and set up camp from 10am Wednesday 16 April 2025 checking out at 10am, Monday 21 April 2025.
3-day and 1-day Camping & Festival ticket holders can arrive to set up from 10am from the day that is detailed on your ticket. You can only camp for the nights that are stated on your tickets and will have to leave the site by 10 am the next morning.
Do I need a large vehicle ticket for my camper, caravan or trailer?
If you are bringing anything towed, eg. camper, caravan or trailer, you must purchase a large vehicle ticket for that vehicle.
Furthermore, if you are bringing any vehicle, motor home or van over 5.5 metres and under 9.5 metres (including the draw bar), you must purchase an additional large vehicle ticket. The max measurement of 9.5 metres does not include your car.
Each person staying in camping area also needs a Camping ticket. For example, if you have a 7 metre caravan that you are staying in with three friends, you and your friends all need a camping ticket each. And you need to purchase ONE Large Vehicle ticket for your caravan.
I want to camp next to my friend who is in a campervan and I am in a tent. How do I get to camp next to my friend? Do you allocate campsites before I get there?
Sites are allocated on arrival, so we recommend that if you want to camp together you arrive together.
Do I need to purchase a Camping ticket if I am staying with a friend in the Camping area?
Yes, every person staying the Bluesfest Camping area is required to purchase a Camping ticket (each). Regardless if you are staying in a tent, a campervan, caravan, trailer etc.
This also applies to any patrons staying in one of our set-up Tents eg. Tent Motels, Glamping or Tipis.
You cannot stay in the camping area without a Camping ticket (each).
Will there be lockers at the festival to store my things?
Yes! There will be key-operated lockers available for you to rent for the duration of the festival. You’ll be able to store small backpacks, coats and other items you don’t want to cart around the festival with you.
Is there a way to pay for tickets in installments?
Yes! In fact, paying in installments it's a great way to purchase tickets.
We use PayPal Pay-In-4 as it allows you to divide payments for your Bluesfest tickets and add-ons over four interest-free payments over six weeks. You can choose this option for all Bluesfest tickets and add-ons such as Glamping, Tipis, Tent Motels, camping and VIP.
It’s the perfect way to secure tickets to Bluesfest’s 36th annual celebration for you and your family. Once you have selected what tickets and add-ons you want, select PayPal to purchase the tickets. This will then take you to the PayPal site. Under the Pay Later heading, is the option to select the Pay in 4 button. Choose that, and you will be directed back to Moshtix for the final transaction approval.
