Have a question about your Bluesfest 2024 ticket?

Q1. When will I receive my e-tickets from Moshtix?

A/ Tickets are emailed via Moshtix two weeks out from the festival dates. If you have not received your ticket, be sure to check your junk folder! Or log in to your Moshtix account and download from there.

Q2. What comes with a VIP ticket?

A/ Our VIP experience for Bluesfest 2024 is new and improved. Details here

Q3. I’m planning to drive to Bluesfest. Is there parking?!

A/ Yes, there is paid parking! You must pre-purchase your parking tickets prior to arriving at Bluesfest, and display your printed ticket on the dashboard. Parking tickets are available via our ticketing page now! We also suggest carpooling to help reduce congestion on the roads, and getting into the festival! Gates to parking grounds at the festival open at 9AM daily. 

Q4. Why can’t I purchase camping in a different transaction to my festival ticket?

A/ To purchase your Camping tickets and other add-ons you must either purchase in the same transaction or be logged in to your Moshtix account that you purchased your Festival Entry ticket to unlock these items. Head to Moshtix, log in with the email address you used to purchase your Festival tickets and your password, then go to the event page from your account to buy.

Q5. When can I set up camp?

A/ 5-day Season Camping & Festival ticket holders can arrive and set up camp from 10am Wednesday 27 March 2024 checking out at 10am, Tuesday 2 April 2024.

3-day and 1-day Camping & Festival ticket holders can arrive to set up from 10am from the day that is detailed on your ticket. You can only camp for the nights that are stated on your tickets and will have to leave the site by 10 am the next morning.

Q6. Is there a family camping section?

A/ Yes there is a special family camping section which will cater to family groups. To register your interest for this area please go here.

Q7. Do I need a large vehicle ticket for my camper, caravan or trailer?

A/ If you are bringing anything towed, eg. camper, caravan or trailer, you must purchase a large vehicle ticket for that vehicle. Furthermore, if you are bringing any vehicle, motor home or van over 5.5 metres, you must purchase a large vehicle ticket for that vehicle.

Q8. I want to camp next to my friend who is in a campervan and I am in a tent. How do I get to camp next to my friend? Do you allocate campsites before I get there?

A/ You are allocated a site on arrival. If you want to camp together you must arrive together.

Q9. I am staying local and want to get the Festival Shuttle Bus. Where do they leave from?

Q10. Will there be lockers at Byron Bay Bluesfest 2024 to store my things?

A/ Yes! There will be key-operated lockers available for you to rent for the duration of the festival. You’ll be able to store small backpacks, coats and other items you don’t want to cart around the festival with you. Book Here

Q11. Is there a buy now, pay later option to purchase tickets?

A/ Yes, you can purchase Bluesfest tickets and add-ons such as camping, VIP and parking on PayPal Pay in 4. For more information, visit our PayPal Pay in 4 page

Q12. How do I organise a resale of my ticket?

A/ You can put your ticket for sale on the ticket reselling platform Tixel. 

Q13. If I am Camping, can I take my car in and out of the Campgrounds?

A/ No, vehicles will not be allowed to come and go from the campground. If you need to move your vehicle for any reason you will not be able to bring it back inside the campground, at which point you will be directed to park in the Bluesfest car park, which will involve a daily fee. You may re-enter the campground on the day your camping ticket expires to pack up and leave the site.

There will be shuttle buses going to Byron Bay.

Q14. Can we bring Prams/Wagons to the festival

A/ Prams and kids wagons are permitted but please be mindful of the size and shape of them.

Please be advised they will be searched upon entry.

We recommend attaching lighting to your wagons (fairy lights etc) to make them easier to locate once the sun goes down.

 

Bluesfest is grateful for the ongoing cooperation and advice it has received from the NSW Ministry of Health to assist in the planning for a COVID-19 safe event.
